DRUMSELLERS TO CLOSE SEPTEMBER 30, 2026

DrumSellers will cease operations effective September 30, 2026.

The decision to wind things down has not come lightly. When I first took over the helm at DrumSellers I had more free time to dedicate to daily operations and management of the marketplace, but as life often does things changed and now I find myself struggling to carve out even just a few hours in the day to make updates and work on the site. This has also been exacerbated by the recent barrage of scammer attacks. Armed with AI agents, these scammers have become very sophisticated and hard to stop. Last week I was able to successfully fend off about 40 random attacks but some still got through. Those scammer attacks, coupled with my increasing time constraints, ultimately led me to make the decision to close the site to protect our community from further scammers and open up more time for me to spend on my day job.

I've met some great folks through the website and DrumSellers provides a terrific service for so many of us. I'd like to thank George Lawrence for putting his trust in me to carry DrumSellers forward and for starting such a cool marketplace in the first place. It's been a pleasure to keep it going over the last few years, but it's time for me to move forward with other projects that require more of my time on a daily basis.

I would be more than willing to hand over the reigns to anyone that might want to take it over and keep the virtual doors open. If you think that person is you please feel free to reach out to me directly to discuss.

In the next two weeks please back up your listings, conversations and finalize any sells that you might have been working on. After September 30, 2026 you will not be able to access the site and I will not be able to migrate your listings for you.
