The stand incorporates many features from Pearl's popular Eliminator bass drum pedal, including the innovative PowerShifter function. This allows the footboard to be shifted to one of three playing positions, changing the power and feel of the hi-hat action. The pedal is also fitted with the PosiLink Twin Cam Drive System, which allows one of the two cams to be fitted with a choice of 6 interchangeable cam profiles (4 included, 2 optional) for a large difference in drive feel.
The pedal's traction grip inserts can be adjusted or removed, so you can change the amount of grip or slip to suit your needs, while the stand's sturdy double-braced legs are able to swivel, allowing you to easily place your stand in the optimal position within your setup. The legs feature extra large non-slip rubber feet, which are also equipped with a retractable spike for improved grip on surfaces such as carpet.
