Up for sale is a beautiful Ludwig Hammered Bronze Phonic 6.5x14 snare drum from the early Monroe era, featuring an interior "390" date stamp indicating September of 1993 production.
These early 1990s Hammered Bronze models have become increasingly sought after for their unique combination of warmth, sensitivity, projection, and classic Ludwig character.
The hammered bronze shell delivers a rich, full-bodied tone with plenty of low-end presence while maintaining excellent articulation and response at all tuning ranges.
This drum retains its original hammered bronze shell, Imperial lugs, Ludwig throw-off, the small screws that hold the tensión of the wires strings doesn't hold tension but I wrapped out and work perfectly, and badge. The shell is clean and structurally excellent, with no extra holes, modifications, or damage.
The interior shows the original bronze patina and the desirable factory date stamp, some patina spots outside the shell are present.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition for its age. The shell presents beautifully with a deep bronze finish and attractive hammering throughout.
