Two unique, unusual tones -
Found at an estate sale. The moderate corrosion present on both probably adds to their sonic character!
These cymbals are thin, suitable for playing with sticks on a stand, or striking/rubbing together free-held by their center knobs or with cymbal straps. Both also have holes drilled near the edge for hanging with cord, so they could actually be suspended close together to be played by the wind. The weight of the pair together is 3 lbs. 8 oz.
I do not know what the kanjis painted on the surfaces say, nor exactly how old these cymbals are, or their origin.
