Very clean 1970's Premier Cymbal stand. No rust. Light scratches to the top of legs, hardly noticeable.
washers , sleave, wing nut, are not correct.
If you drop the adjustable sections, the wing levers can leave thread marks in the valley, this is present but not bad. Overall looks great. Moon would be proud.
