Humes and Berg orchestral/ band type, sit/stand drum throne.
Made in Chicago, very comfortable, adjustable from 20" to 28". 14" diameter cushion. Chrome is excellent, a few scratches. Cushion has one small nick on the edge (shown in first photo). Unit also has threaded holes for backrest. Very stable I would guess 1970-80s mfg.
