SOLD Here's a 1965 Slingerland 16x16 floor tom in Red Glitter. COB Chrome over brass rims, push button floor tom leg mounts, 100% original, no extra holes or modifications. The entire finish has what we call "Freckling", that is where the drum was in a warm/hot climate where the outer finish has "shrunk" and the edges of the glass glitter beneath it has pierced it. What eventually happens is moisture then dirt gets into these openings, dries and leaves dark freckles. No bearing what-so-ever on the integrity of the shell, just doesn't look pretty. Very good condition, from a smoke free environment. SOLD
