Here's a very hard to find mid 1930s Ludwig 12x14 tacked head rack tom with 1st version Imperial lugs in solid black duco. You very rarely see toms and bass drums with these lugs because Wm. Ludwig only manufactured them for a couple of years before he redesigned them. No mount installed so you can marry this tom to any kind of mounting system you have on your kit. No extra holes, original logo decal, bottom head is fine. Very good condition, from smoke free environment.
