Up for sale is a nice pair of Vintage 1950s Zildjian 15" Paper Thin Hi Hats with the engraved "Small Stamp" weighing in at 948 grams on top & 1010 grams on bottom. This is a matched pair of vintage Late 50s small stamp hi hats. They measure exactly 15" and both have 7/16" holes. There is a small flea bite on the top cymbal (see photo) and a small flea bite on the bottom cymbal (photos taken from both sides of the cymbal). Excellent thin dark wash with lots of dark overtones, and a wide chick sound.
Engraved "small stamp" logo, used 1957-1959, on both cymbals is 1 1/8" tall and does not have the 3 dots . These have very similar weight (unlike modern heavy bottom cymbals) which is common for this era of Zildjian.
