$79 or best offer. This is a Walberg & Auge no. 502 model hi hat stand, well known as the first hi hat stand, invented in 1926 by Barney Walberg and sold by every major company: Ludwig, Rogers, Slingerland, Gretsch. This model was sold well into the 1960s. This one is a "cleaner upper'. The nickel plating on the vertical tubes is ok. The legs and footboard are rusted. W&A didn't plate these. They painted them silver. BUT everything works. I will clean and restore for my regular fee. It does not have the clutch but I've seen them on Ebay for reasonable prices. Shipping is not $1 . Buyer will pay exact UPS shipping. I also have an old vintage Leedy hi hat stand and a D&M hi hat stand. I am looking for a W&A 502 in excellent condition that still has the silver paint on it.
