I bought this “new in the box” in the mid nineties. It had been stored in a closet and never played. It’s seen no gigs or heavy playing. I used it a bit im my teaching studio. So it's very clean. I replaced the original slipping strainer w a reproduction vintage 3 point strainer. The drum sounds very good. The Norma drums were hit or miss in quality because the mfr and importer used several sub contractors in Japan. This is one of the good ones. Shipping is an estimate. Buyer pays exact shipping.
