Noble & Cooley 16" 8-hole die-cast zinc alloy hoop, 1990s era when they were still made in the USA. Was mounted on a drum & played sparingly for a few months & then was removed and put in storage for 2 decades. Still in excellent condition and in-round with just the beginnings of some micro pitting...very shiny and would look even better after some chrome polish. One or two slight spots where the chrome plating is a bit thin on the inside of the hoop, came that way from manufacturing -- not flaking or peeling, just looks a bit odd...tried to show it in a couple pictures.
